炕

他自然已是熟睡般離去的長者，我敬愛且思念的人。最後一眼望著加護病床上那具逐漸退去溫度的悲涼遣體，我泣不可抑。

那是一張泥土所砌成中空的床，炕。寒冬的夜裡，你可以燒些柴火加溫它，不冷了，因為你會像一塊放在鐵板上被煎煮著的肉。我和父親兩人一起躺著，毫無睡意，我倆便暢談了起來，直到天空透出光亮，竹製的掃把在泥地上嘶嗖作響為止。

那晚，是八十八歲老父帶我回山東老家探親的第二天，我躺在炕上聽他說著自己的故事，那是我聽過他說過最棒的一次，也許是因為在老家的關係吧! 那種帶著兒子返鄉的興奮之情，他自己對人生的回憶也更強烈， 而我讓自己像個吵著要聽故事入眠的孩子，不停發問，父親也不耐其煩地一一答應，接著，我們角色對調，便向父親聊著我對於人生的看法及未來的計劃，彼此交流著，父親聽著我講，沒有任何的反對與打擊。我以為炕有種魔力，讓我與父親之間相差五十歲的代溝消失了。無論如何，只要我與父親了解彼此，便夠了!

父親像炕，很溫暖很堅強很勇敢很剛毅，他的精神也如此，在他人生的書頁翻完最後一刻，絲毫不見崩裂。我想著，也要和父親與炕一樣堅強。像Ben Gibbard 所唱，我終會隨著你走入黑暗，投身於另個世界。

New song of Chelin - YOU ARE THERE

This is the new song will be added on the list of my upcoming album, but I composed this song as electronic - rock style for my fashion designer friend in N.Y, so I used female`s voice to make this song sounds more like a music for fashion show. Anyway, it would be another composing in my album , but the same sound.

BBC 6Music / 拯救六號音樂電台

A month ago, BBC official announced the 6Music is going to be closed, and this decision impacts a vast number of musicians, music industry types and real music fans. Not to mention about me, am completely shocked and baffled by the news.

8 year-old 6Music station is the hugely important role of playing in fostering and promoting new bands, and it actually is the radio for music outside of the mainstream. I can not imagine that LADY GA GA has invaded everyone`s ear in the world, and this reveals that most great band is getting less and less, at least you won`t have that much opportunity of listening great band sound.

So, it is time to consider and save the 6Music and fight for many happy returns!

一個月前，英國BBC宣布他們將暫停6MUSIC電台運作，然而這樣的決定對音樂家們以及眾多音樂獨音廠牌造成衝擊，更別說那些忠實的歌迷，就像我一樣為這樣的消息感到震驚悲痛。

已經八歲的6號音樂電台一直以來在培育新樂團及推廣音樂上扮演著極為重要的角色，他更可說是在主流的音樂市場外難得的音樂的電台了。我實在無法想像LADY GA GA已經攻佔了全世界所有人的耳朵，而我們失去了越來越少的機會聽到許多搖滾樂。

Based on actual events, the film is the first American movie to explore the issue of Taiwan independence. FORMOSA BETRAYED is directed by Adam Kane (of TV’s Heroes) and stars James Van Der Beek, Tzi Ma and Will Tiao.

The film tells the story of FBI Agent Jake Kelly's (Van Der Beek) investigation into the brutal murder of a Taiwanese-American professor on U.S. soil. With the help of Ming (Tiao), a Taiwanese activist, Agent Kelly discovers the unsettling truth about the island once called Formosa, leading to dangerous and painful consequences.

近來忙於在紐約的工作，一直無法抽空上來寫寫東西，終於，忙碌的工作快告一段落了。

自從去年為一位女歌手錄製現場後，我接了一個我這輩子怎麼也想不到的工作，為時裝設計師編曲製作 runway show音樂。由於這位新生代時裝設計師是寶寶的友人，我們都是一起希望能在紐約這樣的大城市裡，學習、成長，累積自己在藝術生涯所需的『財富』。

為了這場時裝秀，我和寶寶也一起為了Cheng努力著，除了所畫的 The women in red的同時，我一直進行著時裝秀的音樂製作。









今天，看著Cheng的模特兒們走在伸展台上，隨著我的音樂開場到最後結束那一刻，一切就像作夢一樣，很美好。

關於那些嬌情的眼光

　　想起兩年前，我於出版社從事責編的困苦趕稿時期，我與T時常討論起電影，直到他被我扯進搖滾之前，我們總以此為話題的起始（此外，還有棒球以及生活周邊的那些光怪陸離缺邊缺角之事）。
　　
　　一天，T問我，倘若今天我有一大筆錢，足夠讓我享受拍攝各種類型的電影的樂趣。在只有一部電影作品的條件限制下，我會選擇什麼樣的電影來滿足我個人的快感以及票房的成就感？突然，覺得難以答覆這樣的問題，它在那瞬刻變得好艱深。而我想，是要來一部灑狗血的情慾電影，還是搞個一部像史丹利那樣高超的類型片經典；哦，不然來一部變型金剛女強人版，把柯博文化為女性，令它甩著鐵奶變型同時追殺惡魔黨！想著想著，自己都覺得俗套起來。那麼，就拍一部文藝片吧，像那些偉大的台灣本土導演一樣攢研生命或同性間的奧妙…，但似乎又太過於嬌作。其實到最後，我和T皆想，有錢不如就拍一部如不可能的任務那樣的動作電影，過過癮嘛！即便有人聞之而嗤之以鼻。

　　我想，對每個人的品味而言，似乎不在於作品的價值，反而受到一般流行世俗的眼光所影響。Baow Baow告訴我，她從未畫上一張畫是基於心情上的舒發，但有趣的是，經過她的擁有獨到藝術眼光的老師解釋後，原本只是一隻在啃咬骨頭的狗成了一個正在惡意侵蝕傍惶無助靈魂的精神象徵，就像一輩都在模彷別人繪畫風格的波拉克，也會因為無助而失意地將油彩潑至畫布而令他能在當代藝術界成為一位重要的現代派畫家。但那些所謂有著藝文眼光的人總會說，哇哦，波拉克耶！接著開始他們的獨道見解。這種藏於價值背後的狼狽竟能讓許多文藝青年崇拜著，可見這樣的眼光都世俗、嬌情了，這樣一來與流行俗套有何無異。

　　很多人創作，他們拍攝、作曲、繪畫、設計及許多許多，但這些人不過就是為做而做，從不覺得酷。反而人們開始覺得這種東西有深度有色彩有藝術價值有趣有獨立感有特色有一種無與倫比的獨特感，而人們評斷藝文作品以展現自我。說穿了，這些東西只不過是在嬌情眼光下的瑣事。

As I compose for a Fashion show

Hi there, look at the topic. Apparently, this project is going to be my first music style which I have never done before. Now, I`m proudly writing this to show the beginning intro of the song I made is incredible. The beats are pretty awesome than what I had expected, and sounds juicy, very reach kick drum sound. I have to thank for the invention of equalizer and compressor. Oh..yet Rober Moog (What else I can say? He is a genius! )

走過了留學的第二個年頭

　　老實說，實在沒有什麼太大的不同。在紐約一年半的時間就僅靠著我對於筆記型電腦的依賴而度過，念完書了，實習完了，甚至我做了幾個吃力不討好的工作。不知那來的能量可以一直讓我維持著創作的狀態，為此，我開始怛心著未來，如果失敗，我必需從那裡再站起來，人生似乎就是這麼困難。

　　基本上，是個很有趣的組合。

　　在十月初，Yorke先生與Flea先生（From Red hot Chili Peppers），以及其它來自別團體的樂手們組成了一個因為組織太快而還未命名的樂團，已在Los Angeles的Orpheum Theater表演完了。演出的內容以Yorke的個人專輯 The Eraser的歌曲為主，並穿插一些未發表過的新歌。
